• all revisions until permit submission are included
• plans are completed to NBC compliant building codes and amendments
• after submission comments from the building department and revisions as required are included
• plans are completed within 30 days pending information provided by others

fee structure

new dwellings , garages and additions $1.50 sf.

to prepare existing drawings for additions or attached garage $500.00 ( measurements to be provided by contractor) Site visits must be within 60km radius of Yorkton Saskatchewan

• structural sections and layouts are submitted to the roof truss, i-joists, hvac contractor and nominated engineer for review and comment
• I provide all structural drawings and revisions until completion
• stamped drawings for roof truss, i joist and structural beams are provided by the supplier
• if an engineer is required I can provide stamped drawings from my nominated engineer ( since 2011) lakeland engineering ( interprovincial license) the fee increase is $4.00 sf
